Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning it should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without initiating a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment automatically within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
